The eggcracks into a tiny larva, the next stage is when a eel develops. In time, the miniature eel reaches the coast of North america or Europe. From there it develops its colors depending on what kind of eel it is. the egg design varys weather which kind of eel it is.
Migration
Each fall, a number of silver eels stick together and migrate back to where they were born. During this time, eels will go across the land and not have anything block its path. Nobody knows how the eels find their breeding grounds. Some scientists think they use their sence of smell to find their way to their breeding grounds. They use the currents as their director.
